Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) is a 2-star operational command with global responsibility in constant competition, crisis, and conflict. We are responsible for providing the U.S. Army with a Unified Network based on Zero Trust Principles. We operate, maintain, and secure the Army’s portion of the Department of Defense Information Network through three lines of effort: People, Readiness, and Continuous Improvement.  The NETCOM team is composed of 16,000 Soldiers, Department of the Army Civilians, and Contractors stationed and deployed in more than 22 countries around the world.

NETCOM is the Army's single information technology service provider for all network communications, we plan, engineer, install, integrate, protect, and operate Army Cyberspace, enabling Mission Command through all phases of Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational operations.

NETCOM 2030 is the premier communications organization and information services provider to all DoDIN- Army customers worldwide, ensuring all commanders have decision advantage in support of mission command within the multi-domain environment.

Headquarters

NETCOM HQ

Located in southeastern Arizona, Fort Huachuca is the home of the U.S Army Intelligence Center of Excellence and the Network Enterprise Technology Command. As a Major Range Test Facility Base, Fort Huachuca is a hub of electromagnetic technology testing and training. The base is also one of the most extensive unmanned aerial vehicle training facilities globally, supporting operations for the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
