MG Christopher L. Eubank

MG Christopher L. Eubank is a native of Roanoke, Virginia. He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant from the Virginia Military Institute. MG Eubank began his Army career in 1991 as an Armor Officer where he served as a Platoon Leader in the 1st Infantry Division (Mechanized), Fort Riley, Kansas. In 1993, he branch-transferred to the Signal Corps and was assigned to the 121st Signal Battalion where he served as a Signal Platoon Leader.

Later, he was reassigned as the Battalion Signal Officer for 1st Battalion, 16th Infantry  Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. As a Captain, he was assigned to United States Army  Europe and Seventh Army, Germany, where he served as a Brigade Signal Officer, Brigade Logistics officer, and Commander of the 324th Signal Company, 72nd Signal Battalion.

In 1999 he was assigned to the United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command, Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he served as a Communications Officer and later project officer. CSM Michael J. Runk

Command Sergeant Major Michael J. Runk is a native of Cross Plains, Wisconsin. He enlisted in the United States Army in 1997 and graduated from Basic Training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He completed Advanced Individual Training as a Signal Support Systems Specialist (25U) at Fort Eisenhower, Georgia.

Mr. Patrick Dedham

Mr. Patrick Dedham serves as the Deputy to the Commanding General U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command. Mr. Dedham manages and provides strategic direction for NETCOM activities to lead global operations for the Army's portion of the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) and to ensure freedom of action in cyberspace while denying the same to our adversaries.

Mr. Dedham is an Information Technology (IT) professional and leader with several decades of proven experience with a comprehensive background in IT systems management, cyber security, IT service support, IT infrastructure design, leadership, management, operational and strategic planning.

Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Dedham led and managed IT support and several major projects as the Director for the Regional Network Enterprise Center - National Capital Region (RNEC-NCR), as a Senior Vice President for a private company, and as the Director of Information Technology Services for the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC).

BG Eric J. Van Den Bosch

BG Eric J. Van Den Bosch is the Commander for 7th Signal Command (Theater) and Deputy Commander for NETCOM with experience across tactical, strategic, Army enterprise, joint, special operations, and coalition environments. He most recently served as Chief of Staff for the Network Cross Functional Team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, to enable the Army’s Integrated Tactical Network Modernization signature efforts.

BG Van Den Bosch has over 28 years in the Army and experience in Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Information (C4I) Systems enabled by degrees in Electrical Engineering, Masters of Business Administration in IT Management, and Masters in Strategic Studies.

After graduating from The Ohio State University in 1995, he served a branch detail to Field Artillery. In 1997, he served in Training/Operations for 516th Signal Brigade, as a Staff Officer for 25th Infantry Division G-6, and as Battalion S-6 for 1-27 Infantry Regiment in Hawaii. Assigned to Fort Bragg and USASOC in 2001, he was Company Commander in both 4th PSYOPS Group.

CW5 Deshawn L. Bell

Chief Warrant Officer 5 (CW5) Deshawn L. Bell proudly hails from Colorado Springs, Colorado. He enlisted in the Army in July 1988, where he received the Enlisted Military Occupational Specialty of 74F, Computer Programmer/Systems Analyst. He was selected to attend the Warrant Officer Candidate School in 1996 and appointed to Warrant Officer One in the Signal Corps with the Warrant Officer Military Occupational Specialty of 251A, Data Processing Technician. Later, CW5 Bell earned the Warrant Officer Military Occupational Specialty of 255Z, Senior Network Operations Technician upon promotion to CW5.

CW5 Bell served in a variety of positions to include Information Systems Technician; Corps Data Network Planner; Communications Engineering Branch Chief; Data Network Systems Integrator; Technical Director for Unites States Army Signal School; Command Chief Warrant Officer for the 311th Signal Command (Theater); Regimental Chief Warrant Officer for the United States Army Signal Regiment; and Senior Technology Advisor for United States Army Pacific G6.

Colonel Robert H. Topper Jr. (Bob) serves as the Chief of Staff (CoS) for the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command. As the NETCOM CoS, COL Topper is responsible for the organization and effective operation of NETCOM Headquarters, subject to the CG’s guidance and direction, while maintaining situational awareness of Department of Defense (DoD), Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) and NETCOM’s ongoing strategic level effects.

Prior to his current assignment he served as the Battalion Commander of the 2nd NATO Signal Battalion in Naples, Italy.
