MG Jacqueline D. McPhail: The NETCOM Commanding General (CG) is accountable for the operation and defense of the network, network modernization, operationalizing the Cyber Mission Forces, and the welfare of all NETCOM Soldiers, civilians, and family members. The CG’s mission command philosophy extends to the commanders and directors to all of our subordinate units.

CSM Michael J. Runk: The NETCOM Command Sergeant Major (CSM) is the primary assistant and advisor on command climate, personnel, and training. The CSM provides counsel and guidance to all subordinate commands, headquarters, and senior enlisted leaders within NETCOM; is directly responsible for enforcing the CG's policies and initiatives; and makes executive-level recommendations on behalf of the enlisted force.

Mr. Patrick Dedham: The NETCOM Deputy to the Commanding General (DtCG) is a principal deputy and advisor to the CG with a focus on DoDIN-A Continuous Improvement, Reform, and Department of the Army Civilian (DAC) matters. The DtCG makes authoritative technical decisions impacting Information Technology (IT) programs and architectures, DoDIN-A optimization, command budget, and personnel management.

BG Eric J. Van Den Bosch: The NETCOM Deputy Commanding General (DetCG}, supports the CG’s overarching responsibility for the execution of the NETCOM mission. Fulfilling future DoDIN-A requirements and Army operational equities worldwide by coordinating plans and programs.

CW5 Paul E. Sankey: The NETCOM Command Chief Warrant Officer (CCWO) and Senior Network Operations Technician, is the primary technical advisor on all network and systems matters, specifically as it relates to strategic to tactical systems integration. The CCWO provides counsel and guidance to all Warrant Officers within NETCOM and subordinate units.

COL Robert H. Topper Jr. (Bob): The NETCOM Chief of Staff (CoS), is responsible for the organization and effective operation of NETCOM Headquarters, subject to the CG’s guidance and direction. All Soldiers, civilians, and contractors assigned to NETCOM Headquarters have direct access to the CoS for any reason deemed appropriate.
