Listed below are general expectations before, during and after the meeting:
1)

Initial meetings may be scheduled 30-60 days (or longer) in advance, depending on staff availability or mission requirements. Meetings are virtual and 30 minutes in length. The meeting is a focused discussion and introduction to your company and highlights products, capabilities, and services.

Provide a copy of prepared presentations 48 hours prior. Additional information is welcome and encouraged (to include white papers, data sheets, demo links).

3)
|
Confirm scheduled meeting. Cancellations happen, we can and will reschedule. Please be flexible as well.

4)
|
Your information, presentation, and any additional details will be provided to the NETCOM command for their review.
|
5)
|
After the initial meeting, we will contact you if there is interest in additional engagements or if there are questions asked by NETCOM for clarification.
